OHVALE - the story so far

WHO WE ARE

Petronas Sepang Racing Team and Ohvale together in this project of a special and limited series of OHVALE GP-0.

OHVALE GP-0 is year by year becoming popular as the motorcycle for the young riders to develop their skills as the correct motorcycles for adults to train and enjoy on tracks.

OHVALE GP-0 is an idea of Valerio Da Lio, industry expert with an experience of over thirty years in the motorcycle world, who teamed with great men very well known in the motorcycle industry for their extraordinary abilities and high technical to create a unique project in motorcycle field.

All the highest technical contents have been put on PETRONAS SRT OHVALE Special Series MiniGP, a unique version of OHVALE GP-0 motorcycle produced in only 46 unit in 2021.

PSRT Livery with winglets, supplied by Alex Design, the same company that paint the team’s MotoGP motorcycles. This gives an exceptional authenticity and exclusivity to this special product.

Mudguards and front panel in autoclave carbon.

Fairing in fiberglass with special racing seat.

CHASSIS and ERGONOMITY

It has been carried out a development of a more comfortable ergonomics, which has allowed to improve the ease of driving making this special series even more manageable and precise, even for tall riders.

DASHBOARD

The Alfano T6 dashboard has an acquisition system capable of recording:
- Engine RPM
- Velocity
- Laptime
- Position inside the track

It is possible to set leds to display the rotation speed at which changing gear.

PIRELLI TYRES

Special feature of this Special Series is the exclusive Pirelli Diablo Superbike 10" Tyre, specifically developed for Ohvale motorcycles.

TOP BRIDGE with SERIAL NUMBER PLATE

Engraved plate with serial number on a dedicated black anodized top bridge.

FULLY ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION

- MUPO FRONT SUSPENSIONS
New fully adjustable 38mm (1,50 in) fork tube specifically developed for this version.

- OHLINS REAR SUSPENSION
Rear shock adjustable in compression, rebound and spring preload.

J.JUAN BRAKING SYSTEM

Front radial caliper with 4 pistons diameter 25mm (1 in) and larger dimensions for heat dissipation; floating brake disc diameter 190mm (7.48 in) ; new pump with longer and adjustable lever for better ergonomics.

Rear single piston D 25mm (1 in) floating caliper; single disk Ø 155mm (6.10 in) ; pump with integrated tank and metal braided hose.

CNC PARTS

All CNC parts of Ohvale are manufactured in Italy using high quality materials. For this version it has been chosen a black anodic treatment to increase the racing feeling.

ENGINE ZS 160cc with OHVALE specifications

Behind Ohvale success there is an important milestone: EQUAL BIKES FOR EVERYONE to reveal the riders' skills. So engines will be delivered sealed. Use this displacement means underline the important project FIM MiniGP World series in which Ohvale is unique and sole suppliers of the motorcycles.

Ohvale Slipper clutch by EVR and CNC clutch cover are included.

ARROW EXHAUST SYSTEM

Since the beginning of Ohvale project, Arrow has been partner of the company. Specifically developed for Ohvale motorcycles, this special series mounts a special restyling of the standard system.

DELL'ORTO CARBURETOR

Carburetor PHBH 28 with a special setting done in cooperation with Dell’Orto R&D department.

SPRINT FILTER

The patented waterproof Sprint Filter P037 air filter. The highest quality also in choosing of the filter for this Special Series.

KIT OF SPARE PARTS AND RACING TOOLS

Thanks to the cooperation of the company 3D Beta it has been created a special box with tools and spare parts, pinions and spokets dedicated to this motorcycle.

RACE CARPET, TYREWARMERS and MOTORCYCLE COVER

Special graphic on these products of the highest quality. Fully Made in Italy by the company Kurabike. Front stand included. Tyrewarmers supplied by the Italian company Capit Performance.
